INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS
We are contracted with most insurance companies. We also offer a self-pay rate if you have no health insurance.
We do have a self-pay option here at Clifton Park Physical Therapy. Self-Pay is when a patient pays out of pocket for a health service due to not having any health insurance.
Our Self-Pay rates are as follows:
- The first visit (Evaluation & treatment) – $125.00
- Follow-up visits – $80.00 per session
- MLS Laser Therapy – $65 per session
- Radial Shockwave – $80 per session
